Treatments
All sessions are tailored to the individual.
Rather than choosing from a fixed list of treatments, your session is built using a range of clinical and complementary techniques — selected based on what your body actually needs.
This approach draws on over 18 years of experience across advanced bodywork, clinical aromatherapy, and complementary therapies.
A Structured, Flexible Approach
No two people present in exactly the same way.
Even when symptoms appear similar, the underlying causes can be very different.
For this reason, treatments are not delivered as pre-set routines.
Instead, I combine assessment, clinical reasoning, and hands-on work to create a session that is appropriate for you on the day.
How I Work
My background spans multiple complementary therapy disciplines, integrated into a single, coherent approach.
Rather than applying techniques in isolation, I work with the body as a whole — combining methods where appropriate to:
-
Reduce pain
-
Improve movement and function
-
Address underlying patterns
-
Support nervous system regulation

Nervous System & Stress Regulation
Many physical issues are influenced by stress and nervous system dysregulation.
Where appropriate, treatment may include:
-
Breathwork
-
Grounding techniques
-
Subtle nervous system support
Helping the body shift out of chronic tension patterns.
Systemic Support & Regulation
Alongside hands-on bodywork, I may work with approaches that support the wider systems of the body — particularly fluid movement, nervous system regulation, and overall balance.
This can include reflex-based and lymphatic techniques, helping to:
-
Support circulation and drainage
-
Reduce systemic congestion
-
Encourage more efficient communication within the body
My training includes reflexology, spinal reflexology, and reflexology lymph drainage, integrated where appropriate within treatment.
Subtle & Energetic Integration (Where Appropriate)
In some cases, particularly where stress, fatigue, or long-standing patterns are involved, I may incorporate more subtle approaches alongside physical work.
This is always done in a grounded, practical way, and only where it is likely to support the overall treatment outcome.
This aspect of my work draws on training in Reiki (Levels 1–4), energy awareness, and the integration of physical and subtle therapeutic approaches.
Additional Integrated Approaches
Depending on your needs, sessions may also draw from a wider range of complementary techniques.
These are not used as standalone treatments, but integrated where they add value to the session.
This may include:
-
Indian head massage
-
Hot and cold stone work
-
Elements of EFT and matrix reimprinting
-
Meditation and mindfulness-based techniques
-
Colour therapy, flower essences, and related approaches
Each is used selectively, based on what is most appropriate for you — not as part of a fixed routine.
What This Means for You
You don’t need to decide which treatment to book.
Your session is built based on:

What you’re experiencing
-
How your body responds
-
What is most likely to create change
