Work With Me

All treatments are carried out from our Kings House location in Thetford unless agreed beforehand

If you’re here, something isn’t working in your body the way it should.

Pain, restriction, fatigue, stress that won’t settle — whether it’s been there for weeks or years — it’s affecting how you live, move, and function.

My work isn’t about offering a quick fix or a one-off treatment.

It’s about understanding what’s actually going on, and working with your body properly to create change.

How I Work

Every client is treated as an individual.

We start by looking at:

  • What you’re experiencing

  • How your body is moving (or not moving)

  • Where the underlying issues may be coming from

This may include:

  • Range of movement assessment

  • Postural and functional observation

  • Discussion of symptoms, history, and contributing factors

From there, I build a treatment approach tailored to you.

Rather than choosing from a menu of treatments, your sessions are built using a combination of techniques, including:

  • Clinical massage and bodywork

  • Myofascial release

  • Advanced aromatherapy

  • Nervous system support

  • Other complementary approaches where appropriate

Everything is selected based on what your body actually needs — not a pre-set routine.

Treatment Planning

For most ongoing or complex issues, real change doesn’t happen in a single session.

Where appropriate, I will recommend a short course of treatments (usually 4–6 sessions) to:

  • Reduce pain

  • Restore movement

  • Support recovery

  • Stabilise longer-term improvements

This isn’t about committing to something unnecessary — it’s about giving your body the consistency it needs to improve.

What You Can Expect

Clients often come to me with:

  • Chronic pain (back, neck, shoulders, hips)

  • Injuries or long-term physical issues

  • Stress-related tension and fatigue

  • Conditions that haven’t responded well to standard treatments

Many have already tried multiple approaches before finding something that works.

Results

While every body is different, the aim is always the same:

  • Less pain

  • Better movement

  • More ease in daily life

In some cases, clients experience significant changes quickly. In others, progress is more gradual — but still meaningful and lasting.

Your first appointment is:

Initial Assessment & Treatment

This includes:

  • Time to fully understand what’s going on

  • Physical assessment where needed

  • Hands-on treatment

  • Clear next steps (if further work is recommended)
